At Battleforts, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement under certain circumstances.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

If your item:

 

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Is faulty or unsafe, or

  • Does not materially match the description provided at the time of purchase,

 

Then you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.


Please contact us at contact@battleforts.com within a reasonable time from receiving your order and include:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and seek to resolve it amicably on a case-by-case basis.

 

Product Variation Notice


Many of our products are made from natural wood, which means each item is unique.
As a result, there may be variations in colour, grain pattern, knots, texture, or finish.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects unless they cause the product to appear significantly different from how it was shown on our website.
However, if a variation impacts the functionality of the item or is not consistent with its description, please contact us. We’ll evaluate your concern in accordance with your rights under the law.

 

Replacement Parts

 

For minor issues, we may choose to resolve the problem by sending a replacement part rather than replacing the entire item.

This ensures the product functions as intended while also helping to reduce waste and environmental impact.
For example, if a small component (such as screws or individual parts) is missing, damaged, or faulty, we may send a replacement part at no cost.

 

Change of Mind Returns

 

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you’ve changed your mind, we offer 30-day change-of-mind returns, provided that:

 

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving the item

  • You provide valid proof of purchase

 

Please note:

 

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Items must be packaged securely for return

  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Return Process

 

To begin a return:

 

  1. Email us at contact@battleforts.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be:

 

  • Processed within 10 business days of receiving your return

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed
